Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and generate growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a data-driven approach to campaign planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Lead content creation, brand messaging, and social media presence.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and campaign ROI analysis.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design.
  • Measure performance of marketing efforts using analytics tools and present reports to senior management.
  • Plan and manage promotional events, partnerships, and public relations initiatives.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
