Marketing Manager - EPC, Power & Energy Projects

• Lead corporate business development by identifying and securing EPC project opportunities in power, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

• Conduct the competitor analysis market, finding other opportunities or potential collaboration project

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government, industrial park developers, and major EPC stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end business processes, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and project award finalization.

• Conduct regular market, client, and competitor analysis to strengthen EPC business positioning and bidding strategies.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional EPC teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Support the tendering process

• Bachelors degree (S1) in Engineering, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 5-15 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within EPC, oil & gas, energy, power generation, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles, from feasibility and bidding to execution and commissioning.

• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of winning contracts.

• Strategic thinker, target-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure project environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications; fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian is a strong advantage.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project and business purposes.
