Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Melakukan kunjungan ke Outlet (Rumah Sakit, Puskesmas, Dinkes, Klinik, dll) untuk Promosi, Demo, Trial, Showing

2. Memberikan penjelasan, mengumpulkan umpan balik jawaban yang berhubungan dengan produk yang ditawarkan

3. Melakukan identifikasi mengenai semua kebutuhan dari Rekanan

4. Membuat penawaran barang

5. Membuat rencana kerja (laporan harian dan bulanan)

6. Membuat rekap Data Customer

7. Mampu menjaga hubungan baik dengan Rekanan

Tugas dan tanggung jawab :

1. Pendidikan Minimal D3/S1/Sederajat

2. Usia maksimal 35 tahun

3. Memasarkan produk alat kesehatan ke Rumah Sakit Area Jatim

4. Lebih disukai yang berpengalaman sebagai Marketing di Rumah Sakit

5. Memiliki SIM A dan/atau SIM C

6. Sanggup bekerja dengan target

7. Sanggup bekerja dengan tim (team work)

8. Memiliki kemampuan : Negosiasi, Komunikasi, Penjualan, Presentasi, Tanggung Jawab

9. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Jatim
