Our client is a multinational manufacturer and exporter of fashion lingerie and swimwear, founded 1992 in Hong Kong. They specialize in manufacturing and designing of intimate apparel, known globally as the largest global provider of bra solutions. With over 30,000 employees worldwide and major factories located in Bangladesh, China and Indonesia (Klaten), they are currently looking for a Mechanic Head (Bonding) to strengthen their engineering and maintenance team in their factory in Klaten.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the in-line mechanic team for sewing (needle-and-thread) machines.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance standards to maximize production efficiency, quality, and safety.
Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and work-aids for production.
Provide technical direction and solutions for machine-related issues.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in garment manufacturing (lingerie, bonding, or knits), with at least 5 years in a managerial/executive role.
Strong knowledge of needle-and-thread machinery and garment mechanical systems.
Strong understanding of all sewing machine functions and mechanical system
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
Strong leadership, discipline, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Capable and able to operate PC using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Powerpoint
