Merchandising Manager (Fashion)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the categorys product development

• Sourcing and managing the merchandise mix for the achievements of targeted sales & profits

• Creating new ideas to expand the products market

• Increasing market share

• Monitoring merchandise performance (sales analysis)

• Planning merchandise clearance

• Brand reporting requirements

• Works with vendors to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree from reputable university (preferably majoring in fashion design)

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in merchandising position, preferably from fashion retail or textile industry

• Has good knowledge about product development

• Strong retail math & analytical skills, detail oriented

• Must have a thorough knowledge of fashion lifestyle and sharp business sense

• Strong interpersonal skill & proven leadership

• Fluent in English & computer literate

• Willing to be placed at our head office: Karawaci - Tangerang
