As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and applying your technical expertise in metallurgy or chemical engineering to drive commercial success across a growing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives in new territories, identifying strategic opportunities aligned with core technology offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
• Conduct market research and techno-commercial analysis to evaluate business potential and guide product/service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and operational teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement through test work, process enhancements, and solution development.
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights and customer intelligence.
• Represent the business at industry events and contribute to the organizations market reputation.

Candidate Profile

• A degree or diploma in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mining, process chemicals, or related industries.
• Proven track record of project management and driving growth.
• Experience engaging with principal suppliers and technology partners is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and market analysis skills
