The Successful Applicant
1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG/Baby Products.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
