New System & Infrastructure Specialist

Assist IT Asset & Service Delivery Manager in BINUS Project related to deploy IT new system & infrastructure for all BINUS projects as follows:

- Educating business users on the value of IS/IT engagement within their divisions/ business

units.

- Facilitate effective collaboration between subject matter experts from the business and

IS/IT departments as appropriate.

- Ensure the compliance of project standard by coordinating with IT Planning & Project

Management Support team.

Collaborating with other Division and internal IT Division, to ensure seamless integration of new systems and infrastructure into existing systems as follows:

- Work closely with IDO, Budget, Procurement and GA Division for developing plan, schedule,

and requirement in development a new campus especially for IT equipment.

- Monitor, maintain, and execute IT Project together with other IT departments such as IT

Infrastructure and IT Architect and Technology.

- Create and maintain system documentation of IT Project.

- Collaborate with IT ASD and IT department in respective Business Units to resolve service

related issues.

- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts related to new system and infrastructure.

Financial Management:

- Plan & design budget for IT new system & infrastructure.

- Monitor and analyze budget user in IT new system & infrastructure.

- Manage IT new system & infrastructure budget and ensure its compliance with valid policy

in the organization.

Management Support Activities:

- Perform any additional task as required from Direct Supervisor / IT System &Infrastructure

Senior Manager

- Provide Report to direct Supervisor.

- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of new system & infrastructure

(especially related to time concern, effort and cost).

Education Requirement:

Minimum bachelors degree (S1) in Computer Studies

Work Exposure/ Experience:

Minimum 6 years working experience in Information Technology

Specialist Requirement:

• Obtain International (non local) certification listed on the list of Certification for  IT Specialist
• Validity of required certifications should refer to the list of Certification for IT Specialist
