About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will assist in a range of administrative, logistical, and inventory-related tasks to support the team and overall business operations. This role is pivotal to our regional and international success, collaborating with our business and managing all key stakeholders to ensure the success of the program of activities and core business strategies are met.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract role.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of a clean, organised, and professional office environment, including facilities and equipment
  • Support the tracking and recording of company inventory and/or product stock
  • Monitor and document inventory movement and stock levels
  • Coordinate and assist in general administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and support for commercial operations
  • Assist with logistics coordination, including deliveries, courier services, and office supplies
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

About you

  • Preferably has relevant prior work experience in an office or administrative role
  • Proficient in commonly used software including Windows, Microsoft Word or equivalent document applications, Excel or spreadsheet tools, and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Comfortable working with web-based and mobile applications (Apple or Android platforms)
  • Proficient in formal written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • This is an on-site role — candidates must be available to work from the office
  • An ability to show critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be proactive and use initiative to work independently
  • Capacity to adapt and manage priorities appropriately
  • Ability coordinate people and work cohesively in a team; and
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time
  • High energy, enthusiastic and approachable.
