Monthly Salary

What Youll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and E-commerce platforms.
• Educate customers on product details and help them find the right fit.
• Drive sales through product recommendations, cross-selling, and clear, persuasive communication.
• Handle complaints calmly and professionally, always aiming for quick, satisfying resolutions.
• Ensure fast response times, clear explanations, and a helpful, respectful tone in every chat.
