OPERATION EXECUTIVE (C2C PLATFORM)

Key Responsibilities

Platform Operations Management

• Monitor and manage daily activities on the C2C platform.
• Ensure participating sellers smooth listing, purchasing, and transaction processes for campaigns.
• Assist in resolving operational issues related to sellers transactions and platform functionality.
• Work closely with BD team for monthly campaigns planning and executions.

User Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide assistance to buyers and sellers for any operational concerns.
• Investigate and resolve seller complaints, disputes, and escalations.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Process Optimization & Compliance

• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline processes.
• Ensure all platform activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and enforce platform rules to prevent fraudulent activities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform operations.
• Generate reports and insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Able to speak in Mandarin
• Proven experience in operations, e-commerce, or online marketplace management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is an added advantage.
