Operation Manager in Surveyor Company (Coal and Mineral Division)

Requirements:

1. Minimum graduated from bachelors degree from Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

2. Should have an overall work experience of over 10 years of experience in field of Testing, Inspection & Certification in Coal & Mineral Industry

3. Having managerial and commercial experience in Survey, Inspection and Testing companies min 5 years

4. Good Leadership, analytical skills and problem-solving skills

5. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

6. Proficient in English is a must

7. A person with high initiative and integrity

8. Work based in Kemayoran - Central Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Having a deep understanding of the companys services including testing methodologies, Inspection procedure, scope & certification standards. 

2. To coordinate and monitor operational activities in all branches in line with applicable policies and procedures in order to achieve agreed targets.

3. Responsible to ensure certificate issuance is correct (Certificate of Weight, Certificate of Draught Survey & Certificate of Analysis)  

4. Evaluate operation performance reports from all branches to ensure that each job is completed on time in accordance with the established budget and established quantity and quality standards.

5. Analyze Operation Budget, Profit & Loss monthly reports to be submitted to the Director of Operations.

6. Build and maintain good relationships with clients and related institutional/government bodies (KAN, AISI, ESDM etc) in order to support operational activities and achieve targets.

7. Monitor industry trends and provide advice to management to adapt to industry demands

8. Communicating and supervising with all branch offices, ensuring smooth operational activities.

9. Maintain good relations with the marketing team in order to carry out the services to the satisfaction of the client
