Scope: Loans, Savings, Investments & Loyalty
Position Summary
Responsible for managing B2C sales activities across loan, savings, investment, and loyalty products. Leads a sales team in achieving acquisition and portfolio growth targets while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Develops and executes sales strategies tailored to customer needs and market dynamics. Requires a strong background in retail banking or fintech, with proven leadership and business development capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in financial or banking sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
In-depth knowledge of funding products (savings, deposits), lending (KTA, KPR, KMK), investment instruments, and loyalty programs.
Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in customer acquisition and portfolio management.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Willing to travel frequently and maintain high mobility to meet and engage with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide the B2C sales team to achieve funding and lending targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor team performance and provide structured coaching and performance reviews.
Establish and maintain partnerships to support sales growth.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and relevant financial regulations.
