Operation Supervisor

岗位职责:

• 负责线上教育产品在印度尼西亚地区的整体运营工作，制定合理的运营策略和计划，推动业务目标的实现。

• 与印尼本地同事及中方同事保持密切沟通，协调各方资源，确保运营工作的顺利推进，及时解决运营过程中出现的问题。

• 针对 K12 阶段学生及家长的需求，开展用户运营工作，包括用户拉新、激活、留存和转化，提升用户满意度和忠诚度。

• 负责线上课程的推广运营，通过多种渠道和方式进行宣传推广，提高课程的曝光度和报名率。‘

• 分析运营数据，包括用户数据、课程数据等，根据数据分析结果优化运营策略和方案，提升运营效果。

• 有较好的敏感度，能够从各种角度研究行业和竞品的情况和发展趋势，为公司的运营决策提供参考。

岗位要求:

1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，有教育、管理、市场营销等相关专业背景者优先。

2. 能够熟练使用印尼语和中文进行听说读写，能与印尼及中方同事流畅交流沟通，确保信息传递准确无误。

3. 具备 K12 线上教培行业运营技能和专业素养，熟悉 K12 线上教培行业的运营模式和特点。

4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、组织能力和解决问题能力；有较强的责任心和执行力，能承受一定的工作压力。

5. 对数据有敏感度，熟练使用Microsoft Office或类似办公软件。

6. 对线上教育行业有浓厚的兴趣，愿意长期在该领域发展。

Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall operation of online education products in Indonesia, formulating effective operational strategies and plans to achieve business goals.

2. Maintain close communication with both local Indonesian and Chinese colleagues, coordinating resources to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues during the process.

3. Carry out operations based on K-12 students and parents needs, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion, while improving user satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Promote online courses through various channels, enhancing course visibility and increasing sign-up rates.

5. Analyze operational data, including user and course data to optimize strategies and improve operational effectiveness.

6. Pay attention to industry trends and competitor activities, collecting and analyzing relevant information to provide insights for company operational decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree or higher, with a background in education, management, marketing, or related fields preferred.

2. Previous experience in online education operations within the K-12 sector is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to communicate effectively with both local and Chinese colleagues, ensuring accurate information exchange.

4. Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

6. Active participation and collaboration with various departments.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar office software.

8. Passionate about the online education industry with a long-term interest in career development in this field.

Tanggung jawab utama:

• Mengawasi keseluruhan sistem operasional produk pendidikan online di Indonesia, serta menyusun strategi dan rencana operasional yang efektif untuk mencapai target bisnis.

• Menjaga komunikasi yang erat dengan rekan kerja lokal Indonesia maupun tim China, mengoordinasikan sumber daya untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional dan menyelesaikan masalah yang muncul.

• Melaksanakan kegiatan operasional berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa dan orang tua K-12, termasuk akuisisi, aktivasi, retensi, dan konversi pengguna, sambil meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna.

• Mempromosikan kursus online melalui berbagai media, meningkatkan visibilitas kursus dan jumlah pendaftaran.

• Menganalisis data operasional, termasuk data pengguna dan kursus, untuk mengoptimalkan strategi dan meningkatkan efektivitas operasional.

• Memantau tren industri dan aktivitas kompetitor, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis informasi yang relevan untuk memberikan wawasan bagi pengambilan keputusan operasional perusahaan.

Kualifikasi

1. Minimal lulusan S1, jurusan Pendidikan, Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Bahasa Inggris, Sastra Inggris atau jurusan terkait diutamakan; lulusan S2 diutamakan.

2. Pengalaman dalam operasional pendidikan K12 online menjadi nilai tambah.

3. Mahir berbahasa Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, writing), mampu berkomunikasi lancar dengan rekan kerja lokal maupun China.

4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

5. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

6. Aktif berpartisipasi dan berkolaborasi antar departemen.

7. Menguasai Microsoft Office atau software sejenis.

8. Memiliki minat yang kuat dalam industri pendidikan online dan bersedia berkembang jangka panjang di bidang ini.

Work Time: 6 days a week (schedule adjusted based on course demand)
