Operational Manager - FMCG Industry - Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily retail operations across multiple beauty product stores to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of sales targets.

• Lead, train, and mentor Store Managers to improve operational efficiency, customer service quality, and sales performance.

• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices in line with company standards.

• Monitor store performance, analyze sales reports, and provide strategic guidance for business growth.

• Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability and promotional execution.

• Build strong relationships with business partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to support operational needs.

• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and brand guidelines.

• Utilize Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with suppliers, partners, and team members when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or beauty industry operations management.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience in managing multi-store operations.

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market trends.
