Operational Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Operational Manager to oversee multiple restaurant brands under our company. As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of several restaurants, ensuring efficient processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all brands. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational activities of multiple restaurant brands, including customer service, food preparation, cleanliness, and overall performance.
  • Develop and implement standardized operational procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all restaurant locations.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to maintain a consistent brand image and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and local licensing requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality control and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor restaurant managers and staff members, providing guidance on operational best practices and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, hire, and onboard qualified restaurant managers and staff members.
  • Analyze financial reports, budgets, and sales data to optimize profitability and reduce costs across restaurant brands.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of overseeing multiple locations or brands.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing standardized operational procedures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills to analyze reports, budgets, and financial data.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling practices, and licensing requirements.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in managing diverse restaurant brands or concepts is an advantage.
