Operational Manager Laboratory - Surabaya

Job Description :

• Supervising staff members to ensure that they are performing their tasks correctly

• Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed in the lab

• Maintaining an inventory of supplies and ordering new supplies as needed

• Monitoring quality control to ensure that all results are accurate

• Support commercialization opportunity

Requirement :

• Candidate must be possessed at least Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related major

• At least 4-5 years experiences as a Operational Manager

• Able to work in a team and have a strong leadership skills

• Have a good communication skill, problem solving skill, and decision-making

• Expertise in result validation and quality control

• Able to work under pressure and have a strong sense of business

• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
