Operations Freelance

• Responsible for distributing donations from strategic partners and public fundraising results to potential beneficiaries.
• Work closely with the partnership department to ensure the disbursement process follows the MOU details.
• Coordinate with the supply department to fulfill obligations with strategic partners (press releases, social media content, media exposure, creative placements).
• Disburse funds to the finance department based on the agreed amount and procedure.
• Curate potential partners and arrange the budget draft (RAB) to channel the aid.
• Provide an overall activity report.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in fund distribution, NGO operations, or partnership management is a plus.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills to work with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in budget planning (RAB), financial procedures, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and pay strong attention to detail.
• Willing to work full-time (WFO) at our office in Cipondoh, Tangerang.
