Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the growth and operational excellence of OSL Group’s digital asset business. This role will focus on managing and optimizing day-to-day operational processes across trading, settlement, client onboarding, and platform support functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial operations, process management, and risk awareness, with experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operational activities across digital asset trading, settlements, transfers, and client support functions
- Support the development and continuous improvement of operational processes, controls, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor operational workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams including compliance, finance, custody, trading, and technology to support seamless business operations
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions for mitigation and optimization
- Support institutional client onboarding processes, including operational readiness and account setup coordination
- Oversee reconciliation processes for fiat and digital asset transactions across internal systems and external counterparties
- Ensure operational activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
- Assist in managing relationships with banking partners, custodians, liquidity providers, and external vendors as needed
- Support incident management, escalation handling, and root cause analysis for operational issues
- Prepare periodic operational performance reports and management updates for internal stakeholders
- Contribute to operational readiness initiatives for new products, markets, and business expansions
- Support automation and system enhancement initiatives to improve scalability and operational efficiency
- Maintain proper documentation and records management across operational functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in operations, middle office, or business operations roles
- Experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or digital asset businesses is preferred
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading, settlements, custody, or exchange operations is an advantage
- Strong understanding of operational controls, reconciliation processes, and risk management practices
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under tight timelines
- Experience with operational process improvement and automation initiatives is beneficial
- Fluency in English required; additional Asian language capabilities are an advantage
