Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor radio communication systems to support daily operational activities and ensure effective coordination between the control room, operation center, and field teams. Responsible for receiving, recording, and relaying operational information accurately, maintaining operational logs, and preparing routine reports. Process and analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Dashboard) and manage reporting dashboards using Power BI or other data visualization tools. Conduct basic trend analysis and forecasting, identify potential operational issues, and report incidents to relevant stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Maritime, Logistics Management, or related field, minimum 1 year of experience in a control room or operation center, proficiency in advanced Excel, familiarity with Power BI/data visualization, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Operate and monitor radio communication systems to support daily operational activities.
• Receive, record, and relay operational information from field teams to relevant departments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication between the control room, operation center, and field operational teams.
• Coordinate operational information with related units to ensure activities run according to procedures.
• Record operational activities systematically in operational logs or monitoring systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Process and analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup, Dashboard) for reporting and monitoring purposes.
• Manage and update operational dashboards using Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Conduct trend analysis and basic forecasting to support operational decision-making.
• Identify potential operational issues and provide insights or recommendations based on available data.
• Report any operational incidents or disruptions to relevant stakeholders promptly.
• Ensure all communication records and operational reports are properly documented according to Perusahaan standards.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Administration, Maritime, Logistics Management.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in control room, operation center.
• Proficient in computers
• Ms Office Tools (Excel – advanced: pivot, lookup, dashboard)
• Power BI / Data Visualization
• Reporting & Dashboard Management

• Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking
• Certified ANT-III
