Job Descriptions

• Lead all production operational activities at the site to ensure production targets are achieved according to plan.
• Manage and supervise the production team (supervisors, foremen, and operators) directly in the field.
• Control the implementation of short-term and weekly mine plans to ensure effective execution and target achievement.
• Be responsible for achieving production KPIs (tonnage, productivity, equipment utilization, and cost).
• Optimize the utilization of heavy equipment and manpower to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with related departments (Engineering, FMS, Maintenance, HSE, and other departments) to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all production activities comply with HSE standards and mining regulations.
• Conduct daily production performance evaluations and provide prompt solutions to field operational issues.
• Supervise work area conditions to ensure safety, road quality, and readiness of working faces.
• Develop and coach the team to maintain high performance and work discipline.
• Prepare production reports and performance analyses for management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or other earth science/engineering-related majors.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the mining industry, with experience as a Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, or Superintendent.
• Possess at least a POM certification (Middle Operational Supervisor Certification).
• Strong leadership skills with direct experience in mining operations, especially open-pit mining.
• Strong understanding of production operational management and KPI achievement.
• Familiar with Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and production data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions in the field.
• Good understanding of occupational health & safety (HSE/K3) standards and mining regulations.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve high targets.
• Willing to travel.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
