Responsibilities:

responsible for overseeing and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant loading and unloading operations, including coordinating ship–shore activities between vessel crew and terminal teams. The role involves executing cargo plans, monitoring operational safety in line with SOP and HSE standards, and maintaining effective communication with the Port Captain . The incumbent will also handle operational issues, ensure proper documentation and reporting, and support the optimization of vessel turnaround time. Candidates must hold a minimum ANT III (Deck Officer Certification), have at least 2 years of relevant experience in port or marine operations, possess strong knowledge of ship–shore coordination, and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Supervise and ensure all loading and unloading operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate ship–shore operations between vessel crew, terminal staff, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure execution aligns with the approved cargo loading plan.
• Maintain effective communication with the Port Captain during all loading/unloading activities.
• Monitor the use of equipment and ensure operations follow safety standards.
• Inspect cargo condition before, during, and after loading/unloading activities.
• Identify, handle, and report operational issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, and port regulations.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain proper documentation

Requirement:

• Minimum ANT III (Deck Officer certification).
• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• Strong knowledge of Port Operations (Ship-Shore Coordination).
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
