ORDER PROCESSOR STAFF

About the role

PT Berkah Bekasi Ops is seeking an experienced Order Processor Staff to join our team in Depok, West Java. As a full-time Order Processor Staff, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and maintaining our order management system. This is a crucial role that supports the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

What youll be doing

• Receive and process customer orders through various channels (phone, email, website)

• Accurately enter order details into our order management system

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders

• Respond to customer inquiries about order status and provide updates

• Maintain detailed records of all order-related activities

• Assist with other administrative tasks as required

What were looking for

• Excellent data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

• Proficient in using order management software and other office applications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Previous experience in a similar order processing or customer service role is highly desirable
