As an Organization Development Officer, you’ll play a strategic role in designing, analyzing, and improving key OD initiatives. You’ll contribute to building a strong organizational foundation through role clarity, competency development, workforce planning, and project alignment that supports future growth.

What We’ll Work on Together

  • Enhance organizational effectiveness by reviewing and analyzing organizational structures, job descriptions, and job requirements to ensure alignment with current and future business needs.
  • Support job evaluation and job grading by assisting in the creation of Job Grades and Job Values for all Posisis across the Perusahaan.
  • Develop a strong competency framework through analysis of role-based competencies and contributions to a comprehensive competency matrix database.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build a complete Competency Dictionary (Core & Role Competencies) used for talent management and employee development.
  • Strengthen assessment processes by assisting in the development and implementation of assessments aligned with predefined competencies to support Human Asset Value mapping.
  • Review and monitor OD projects to ensure initiatives are progressing as planned and effectively address organizational needs.
  • Identify potential risks or delays within OD programs and escalate issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Support Manpower Planning initiatives by reviewing plans, providing insights, and helping gather and analyze data for future Human Capital strategies.
  • Contribute to long-term HC growth through data-driven recommendations that inform organizational development and workforce planning decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review structures, roles, and organizational processes logically and accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of job evaluation, competencies, or organizational development is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working on OD or HR projects is a plus.
