Job Objective Ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll and employee benefits in alignment with statutory and organizational policies. This role manages payroll inputs, conducts payroll and benefits calculations, supports tax and social security administration, and ensures smooth and compliant HR operational processes. Contributes to a seamless employee experience by resolving payroll-benefits related inquiries and enabling efficient HR operations through data accuracy, analysis, and reporting. Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Informatics, or related field.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Proficient in Written English.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and willingness to take initiative.
• Strong logical thinking, ability to deduce process, and identify irregularities.
• Good command in communication.
• This is a temporary position for 1 year.
