People & Culture Communication Senior Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and people-focused People & Culture Communication Senior to help us shape a strong organizational culture and manage internal communication efforts. This role is key to making sure our values come to life, employees feel connected, and communication flows smoothly across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and run culture-building programs and internal events.

• Promote company values through daily practices and communication.

• Manage internal content: newsletters, announcements, visual materials.

• Organize employee engagement activities: onboarding, celebrations, feedback sessions

• Collect employee feedback (surveys, pulse checks) and report insights to HR and management.

• Support leadership in delivering clear, consistent internal messages.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or organizational culture-preferably in a call center or service company.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills (Bahasa & English).

• Good with presentation tools, visual content (Canva, PPT), and survey platforms.

• People-oriented, empathetic, and proactive.

• Bachelors degree in Communication, Psychology, HR, or related field

• Willing to Tangerang Area
