PEOPLE & CULTURE OFFICER - SURABAYA

Job Responsibilities:

·        Design and implement employee training and development programs.

·        Manage annual training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.

·        Support organizational development through competency mapping and succession planning.

·        Develop and execute programs related to company culture and employee engagement.

·        Prepare reports and documentation related to HR development programs.

·        Identify organizational development needs and design programs to enhance employee capabilities.

·        Develop and implement organizational structure, job grading, and career path frameworks.

·        Develop and manage individual and organizational performance measurement programs.

·        Conduct HR data analysis for succession planning and team development.

·        Promote a productive and sustainable work culture through OD initiatives.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelors degree in Psychology is required.

·        Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, People Development, or Employee Experience.

·        Strong understanding of employee engagement, performance management, and corporate culture concepts.

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Creative, proactive, and able to collaborate across teams.

·        Proficient in supporting tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and HRIS (preferred).

·        Experienced in organizing and executing internal programs or events.

·        Empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to maintain employee data confidentiality.
