People Organization Development Specialist (Section Head)

Our company, Pacific Group of Companies Indonesia, is a business group from the Middle East engaged in the manufacturing of palm oil and its derivative products and exports all of these commodities from Indonesia to the Global Market.

PT. Pacific Indomas, located in Menara Kadin Indonesia, Rasuna Said Jakarta, act as Corporate Office for Pacific Group of Companies Indonesia i.e PT. Pacific Indopalm Industri, PT. Pacific Palmindo Industri, PT. Pacific Medan Industri, PT. Oleochem & Soap Industri, and PT. Pacific Bio Industry. We are looking for a qualified and highly motivated person with a high commitment for People Organization Development Officer. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage people development strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify and close competency gaps.

• Analyze HR metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.

• Oversee employee engagement programs to build a strong and inclusive work culture.

• Hands on in recruitment end to end for fulfillment of manpower.

• Analyze Manpower Planning proposal from Business Units and monitor the fulfillment.

• HR compliance audit.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in organizational development, talent management, or learning & development.

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a section head or managerial role.

• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven decision making.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
