People Senior Support
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave data accurately.
Support payroll processing by collecting and validating employee attendance.
Ensure HR practices and documents comply with company policy and Indonesian labor regulations.
Coordinate training schedules, employee evaluations, and performance documentation.
Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and internal communication.
Assist in organizing company events, HR programs, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics when required.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People Manager and other departments when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to administrative and operational tasks.
Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience with HRIS
Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
English in professional proficiency is Must, Mandarin is a plus.
