Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengelola jadwal harian termasuk janji temu, rapat, dan perjalanan dinas

  • Menyiapkan dan mengorganisir dokumen, laporan sesuai kebutuhan

  • Bersedia untuk bekerja 8-12 jam 5-6 hari seminggu. May encounter Sunday working hours based on

    necessity and will get a replacement day off instead

  • Bersedia untuk mengikuti user kemana mana dan bekerja secara mobile

  • Bersedia untuk bekerja di beberapa lokasi tempat kerja di Jakarta secara mobile

  • Flexible mengikuti user working hours selama user masih bekerja yang akan dikompensasikan pada hari

    berikutnya jika melewati batas waktu 9-22 jam kerja

  • Asal daerah Jakarta dan tahu daerah Jakarta

  • Salary negotiable well compensated

  • International Gen Z standards mode of working expectation

  • Very accustomed to working with IOS and Android Applications in English

  • May provide a company apartment housing based on late working hours

  • Able to work with foreign expats from UK & US & India & China & Singapore

  • Supports working with diversified race and cultures and religions of multinational origins

  • Understand graph and charts well

  • Maybe required to join working trips to neigh bouring including distant countries for 2 weeks at times

  • Project based working hours rather than conventional 9-5 office hours

  • Out of the box legal projects pursuant investors as User

 Kualifikasi:

  • Berpenampilan rapi

  • Usia 30 - max 40 tahun

  • Lancar berbahasa Inggris

  • Menguasai Microsoft Excel, Word, dan PowerPoint

  • Memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu dan organisasi yang sangat baik.

  • Mampu menangani banyak tugas

  • Have a valid driving license

  • Able to drive company car within Jakarta and surrounding

  • Able to socialize and withstand with accepted level of alcoholic beverages tolerance
