About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to Director to join our team at PT. SUPERMAL KARAWACI. This full-time position will be based in our office in Tangerang, Banten, and will play a crucial role in supporting the Director in the day-to-day operations of the business.
What you'll be doing
Providing high-level administrative and executive support to the Director, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, managing the Director's calendar, and handling correspondence
Acting as the primary point of contact for the Director, fielding inquiries and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as required
Coordinating and organising team meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Providing general office support, including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, preferably within a fast-paced, corporate environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care
A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to work
