KYZN is looking for passionate Pilates Trainers!

KYZN continues to grow as a fitness and active lifestyle center, and we currently have opportunities for passionate, inspiring, and dedicated Pilates Trainers to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Teaching Pilates classes (Mat Pilates) for individuals or groups.

- Design exercise sessions that are safe, effective, and suited to the needs of the participants.

- Adjust the movements and intensity of the exercises based on the age, fitness level, and physical condition of the participants.

- Guide participants in proper breathing techniques, posture, and body control.

- Maintain participants safety and comfort during the class.

- Provide appropriate movement corrections and build a positive training atmosphere.

- Educate participants on the benefits of pilates for posture, flexibility, and core strength.

Qualifications:

- Minimum high school education/equivalent.

- Pilates instructor certification from an accredited institution (e.g. STOTT, BASI, Polestar, etc).

- Minimum 1 year pilates teaching experience (mat class).

- Able to teach participants of various ages and fitness backgrounds, including elderly or participants with special needs.

- Have an understanding of body anatomy and functional training principles.

- Communicative, patient, and able to create an inclusive and supportive training atmosphere.

- Willing to work part-time on an hourly payment basis.

- Communicate in English if required.

- Willing to be based in Kuningan, South Jakarta and/or BSD, Tangerang.
