Main Responsibilities

1. Manage daily financial transactions including cash receipts and disbursements, recording transactions, and ensuring all transactions have complete supporting documents.

2. Prepare and maintain financial records3. Create accounting journals, verify document completeness, and ensure financial data is recorded accurately.4. Perform bank reconciliation: match bank statements with Perusahaan records to ensure there are no discrepancies.

5. Manage payments and billing.

6. Prepare basic financial reports such as daily cash reports, expense summaries, and transaction recaps.

7. Monitor budget usage: ensure expenditures align with the approved budget.

7. Support audit processes: provide required documents and data for internal and external audits.

8. Maintain financial document filing: organize and store invoices, receipts, and other supporting financial documents.

9. Coordinate with other departments to obtain data or documents related to expenses, purchasing, or other financial activities.

10. Ensure compliance with Perusahaan policies and financial regulations including basic tax requirements, accounting standards, and internal SOPs.General Responsibilities1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Perusahaan from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Preferably 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting (fresh graduates are also welcome depending on Perusahaan needs).

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas) & Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Oracle, or other ERP systems).

4. Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

5. Knowledge of taxation is an advantage.

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy & Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to manage documents, records, and financial files efficiently & Good organizational and time-management skills.

8. Good verbal and written communication skills & ability to coordinate with internal departments and external parties.

9. Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

10. Understanding of audit processes is a plus & professional certifications (e.g., brevet tax, accounting courses) are an advantage.
