About the role

PT Ocean Centra Furnindo is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) professional to join their dynamic team in Gunung Putri, West Java. As a key member of the operations department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimising the companys production and inventory processes to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.

What youll be doing

1. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and align with the companys capacity and resources

2. Analyse sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production data to identify trends and make informed decisions about production planning

3. Coordinate with the sales, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and resources

4. Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to minimise both over-stocking and stock-outs

5. Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems and procedures

6. Identify and resolve production and inventory-related issues to minimise disruptions and maintain operational efficiency

7. Prepare and present detailed reports on production and inventory performance metrics

8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the companys production and inventory management processes

What were looking for

1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a PPIC or production planning role, preferably in the manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics industry

3. Proficient in using production planning and inventory management software, such as Accurate Online systems

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Proven track record of implementing efficient and cost-effective production and inventory control strategies

7. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
