Judul pekerjaan: Presales Support

Lokasi: Bintan, Indonesia

Direct Manager: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to Business Development Managers (BDMs)
• Assist in preparing, creating, and issuing quotations to customers
• Follow up on submitted quotations and update status accordingly
• Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring accurate and timely data entry
• Assist BDMs in capturing and updating daily sales activities in Reddot CRM
• Coordinate internally with relevant departments to gather information required for quotations
• Track quotation progress and support BDMs in meeting response timelines
• Maintain organized records of quotations, customer communications, and supporting documents
• Support sales-related documentation and reporting as required

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in sales support, pre-sales, or administrative role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience using CRM systems (Reddot CRM or similar) is an advantage
• Good understanding of quotation processes and sales support activities
• Strong attention to detail and good data management skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively
• Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
