Procurement Import Staff

Job Description :1. Receive purchasing request from PPIC team

2. Coordinate with the PPIC team regarding the items that have been purchased

3. Processing purchases from abroad

4. Submit financial payments for purchases made to finance

5. Monitor the production process carried out by suppliers, especially the production completion date

6. Processing shipments from abroad

7. Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding the goods to be received

8. Monitor the inspection process of goods received by the warehouse

Requirements :1. Bachelors degree of all majors2. Minimum 1 year experience in import procurement

3. Proficient in English

4. Understanding of export-import

5. Excellent communication skills
