Responsibilities:

• Develop and conceptualize new makeup products, from ideation to launch.
• Innovate across texture, formula, packaging, and other key product aspects.
• Oversee the entire product innovation process, ensuring excellence at every stage.
• Engage with internal and external end-users to gather insights that shape product decisions.
• Generate and share product knowledge to support marketing and sales strategies.
• Analyze product performance, including sales trends and KOL marketing insights.
• Create detailed product briefs and provide strategic input for marketing Posisiing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• 1-3 years of experience in Beauty Product Development.
• Fluent in English (oral & written).
• Strong understanding of local and international makeup market trends, ingredients, and consumer needs.
• Passionate about beauty, with extensive knowledge of makeup ingredients.
• Proven experience in leading product teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Skilled in market research and data synthesis to inform product decisions.
• Track record of successfully developing and launching beauty products.
• Willing to work from the Mega Kuningan office (WFO policy).
