Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate effectivelywith internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Provide high-quality and responsive supportto internal teams and external partners. This includes coordinating issue resolution andmanaging daily operational requests for Codashop/Custom Commerce, such as new product launches, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders(Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, and Support teams) to ensure all requests are processed efficiently and on time.
  • Support external publisherswith their daily operational requests.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and analysesto inform team strategies and decisions.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation and processesto ensure operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the teams success by performingother duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)is a significant plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, Scripting languages, or Python.
  • Computer literatewith foundational familiarity in programming or markup language syntax.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skillsand a keen eye for detail.
  • A strong project management orientation, including the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, and effectively facilitate discussions with relevant stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Able tounderstandandcommunicate in Englishfor daily work interactions.
