Product Engineer (TV)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data & Inventory Management

  • Manage inventory statistics of raw materials, finished products, and spare parts, ensuring real-time and accurate data updates.

  • Prepare regular inventory analysis reports to prevent overstock or shortages.

  • Maintain inventory management ledgers and track material flow.

  • Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory and reduce operational costs.

2. Production Process & New Product Introduction

  • Understand the complete manufacturing process for TV products (assembly, testing, packaging, etc.) and identify process bottlenecks.

  • Lead the new product introduction process, including SOP preparation, employee training, and tooling/instrument readiness.

  • Ensure smooth transition from trial production to mass production.

3. Efficiency Improvement & Process Optimization

  • Conduct regular production site research, collect process data, and propose process improvement plans.

  • Implement and track efficiency improvement initiatives to achieve cost reduction and higher production yields.

  • Continuously monitor and iterate optimization measures to meet production performance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in electronic product manufacturing (TV, monitor, or similar preferred).

  • Familiarity with ISO9001 Quality Management System is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly respond to production issues and develop corrective actions.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel required); knowledge of CAD or similar drawing software is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Procurement, Logistics).

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement and learning new process technologies.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to adapt to shift work or overtime based on production needs.

  • Ability to work on-site at the factory as required.
