Product Quality and Vendor Development Manager

We are seeking a Product Quality & Vendor Manager to be the bridge between design, production, and vendors. This role ensures that every garment produced by our partners aligns with Heart Troops standards of quality, detail, and delivery. You will work closely with vendors, manage production timelines, and secure the execution of our fashion vision from sketch to final piece.

What Youll Do:

1. Work with vendors to translate design requirements into production-ready standards.

2. Oversee sampling, pre-production, and bulk production to ensure quality and fit.

3. Conduct vendor visits, inspections, and quality checks on garments.

4. Align vendor timelines and capacity with collection launch schedules.

5. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure corrective actions are in place.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (Designers, Technical Team, Operations) for smooth execution.

7. Maintain vendor performance evaluations for long-term partnerships.

What Were Looking For:

1. Experience in apparel production, vendor management, or quality control within the fashion industry.

2. Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing.

3. Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.

4. Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven.

5. Willingness to travel for vendor coordination and inspections.
