Product Trainer / Business Development Instructor (mandarin speaker)

We are hiring a Product Trainer / Business Development Instructor (mandarin speaker) for our client in the Retail Health and Personal Care Products industry, specializing in dietary fiber products, with placement in Gold Coast (PIK), North Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver live presentations during offline seminars to introduce company products, business models, and promotional policies to potential partners.

• Engage and influence audiences to drive product sales and partnership conversions through persuasive communication.

• Develop, update, and deliver training materials based on market needs, feedback, and company updates.

• Host and support online training sessions, webinars, or live product sharing events when required.

• Manage the atmosphere and flow of offline events to ensure high energy, clarity, and strong conversion.

• Analyze seminar/training effectiveness and provide suggestions for improvement.

Monitor and report on industry trends, consumer behavior, and policy changes related to the health and wellness sector.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin (oral and written) - a mandatory requirement.

• Strong public speaking skills with previous experience as a trainer, presenter, speaker, or similar role.

• Experience in the health supplement, wellness, direct selling, or community-based retail industry is preferred.

• Energetic, confident, and persuasive in delivering product knowledge and business presentations.

• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing presentation materials using tools like PowerPoint or Canva.

• Comfortable using online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel and work with flexible schedules.

• A positive, target-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
