• Mengelola dan mengawasi operasi produksi di divisi part fabrication (sheet metal & painting), memastikan target produksi, kualitas, dan efisiensi tercapai.
• Melatih operator, sosialisasi dan monitoring skill matrix.
• Mampu mengontrol dan mengkoordinir kerja operator serta memastikan operator bekerja sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.
• Melaporkan kerusakan, malfungsi, atau insiden yang terjadi selama operasional pabrik.
• Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data produksi, serta menyusun laporan untuk manajemen, termasuk membuat dokumen (WI, CP, Checksheet, Form).
• Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan menjaga lingkungan kerja yang aman.

• Minimal Diploma 3 (D3) di bidang teknik industri atau mechanical.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama di bagian Sheet Metal & Painting (Lebih diutamakan Manufaktur Elektronik).
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang gambar teknik (technical drawing).
• Familiar dengan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel).
• Analisis yang baik dan berorientasi pada detail.
• Memiliki pengetahuan pengaturan parameter mesin.
• Loyalitas tinggi, mau belajar, dan jujur.
• Bersedia bekerja shift.
