Production Operator

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Production Operator to join our team. This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery (including Kirk-Rudy RFID encoding machines), performing general production floor tasks, and supporting warehousing, packing, and delivery activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including Kirk-Rudy RFID encoding machines and other machinery.

• Set up machines for production runs, ensuring correct materials and settings.

• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

• Assist in all production floor activities, including material handling, assembly, and quality checks.

• Support warehousing tasks such as receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.

• Handle packing and labeling of finished goods for delivery.

• Assist in loading/unloading and preparing goods for shipment.

• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.

• Follow all safety and quality standards in daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is welcomed.

• Prior working experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

• Ability to operate and maintain machinery (experience with Kirk-Rudy or similar equipment is a plus).

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Physically fit to handle lifting and standing for extended periods.

• Team player with good communication skills.
