Job Deskripsi

• Support Production Supervisor to manage production consumables

• Support Production Supervisor to manage production consumable item, training and audit preparation

• Support Production Supervisor on audit program/project/initiative implementation based on plant direction

• Support Production Supervisor on Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order process

• Collaborate with SPV and Team Lead to Analyze and Monitor Flush

• Collaborate with SPV and Team Lead to Analyze and Monitor Plant OEE

Deskripsi Persyaratan

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelors degree from any relevant major.

• At least 1 years of experience Inventory management; Production Support; Administration

• Familiar with production planning, forecasting, and inventory stock calculations

• Understand warehousing terms (FIFO/FEFO, Stock Calculation, Reorder point, Safety stock, etc.)

• Understand with manufacturing terms (HSSE, OEE, Continuous Improvement, Audit, etc.)

• Familiar with production documents according to ISO standards (SOP, WI, Form)

• Able to communicate and maintain good relationships with suppliers

• Familiar with ERP and have at least intermediate level of Ms. Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
