We are looking for a talented and responsible Senior Interior Architect / Project Designer to join our growing team in Lombok.

This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, has strong design and project coordination skills, and is capable of taking ownership of projects from concept to execution. We are looking for an early team member who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a young and ambitious Perusahaan.

You will work closely with the director and project team on villa, hospitality, and property-related projects in Lombok. This is not just a design role. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, communicate clearly, and help lead projects with responsibility and professionalism.

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts
• Prepare drawings, layouts, renderings, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients
• Support project execution and site supervision when required
• Manage project progress from design stage to implementation
• Assist with design revisions, material selection, and problem-solving
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and practicality throughout the project
• Work closely with the director on multiple ongoing developments

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Proven experience in interior architecture, architecture, or related design projects
• Able to manage or lead at least one project independently
• Strong sense of responsibility, communication, and problem-solving
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design tools
• Experience in Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar software is a plus
• Able to work in Lombok and contribute in a dynamic early-stage environment
• Experience in villa, hospitality, or tropical residential projects is a plus
