  • Managing end to end for FO Database (Backbone dan Lastmile) and site completion according to project schedule following the SLA with MNO and Enterprise

  • Create performance report including TT, RCA and from partners as requirement for MNO/ Enterprise customers ( Weekly and Monthly )  

  • Reconcile TT and Validation wih HD for monthly partners service credits / performance 

  • Update Accumatica data for SO Material until Shipment 

  • Follow up and coordination Corrective Maintenance Data as request from QA department

  • Sync and update core management data, span id , length with Project, Operation support, PMO and planning for monthly update PO maintenance to partner

  • Align weekly report data for COO operation report and EMT report with PMO
