PROJECT COORDINATOR

About the role

We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at PT Saniharto Enggalhardjo in Jakarta. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our interior design projects. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside our experienced design professionals and contribute to the realisation of our clients visions.

What youll be doing

• Coordinate project management, resources, equipment, and information

• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

• Assist, collaborate and work closely with inter-department teams (project managers, drafters, etc.)

• Prepare tender, construction, as-built, and shop drawings for interior design drawings

• Manage multiple projects at one time

• Keep track of a projects progress and ensure its completion before the deadline

What were looking for

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design

• Must be 30 years old or above, and detail oriented

• Previous work experience as a Project Coordinator in an Architecture or Interior related work industry is highly required

• Is experienced in project management, from conception to delivery

• Must be good at multitasking and has great time management

• Is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Has strong teamwork skills

• Must be willing to be placed at Jakarta - Saniharto Showroom
