Job Description :

1. Site acceptance and E2E site monitoring (including survey, DRM, MOS, installation, commissioning/ Migration, and acceptance)

2. Responsible to prepare the requirement of delivery sites implementation readiness and partner daily/weekly/monthly plan accuracy including communicate with operation team and doing CCB review get approval activity.

3. Implementation progress, quality, problem feedback, handling and solving.

4. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements.

5. Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility, infrastructure needs, and potential challenges

6. Close monitoring for installation partner, live network assurance, migration activity and post-deployment network performance.

7. Reporting both internally and to customer, Report to PD, to fulfill the internal KPI target

8. Recognizes issues and advises and confers with PM and project team on matters affecting project execution.

Requirement :

1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in telecommunication project sites, prefer FBB project.

2. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication major or other related to IT, engineering, etc.

3. Good command of English both oral and written, Chinese fluent is an advantage

4. Prefer understanding of Converge IP and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing Layers in the Core Network

5. PMP/ HCIP Certificate is an advantage.

6. Have basic knowledge on telecommunication or other IT, engineering related, project management knowledge.

7. Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skill, fast learning

8. Proficient at MS word, excel, PPT

9. Good analytical skill, detail-oriented, strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts

10. Able to work under pressure, business trip, and overtime if needed

11. Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
