Job Descriptions:

• Be the reliable person to handle all operation issue in Sell-out Dept (such as project monitoring and management of each sub-division)
• Create, monitor and control OPEX, CAPEX and Sell-out Dept Budget
• Collect weekly, monthly & annual report
• KPI & EMC Collection and review of each team member
• Handling budget amortization, accrual and reconcile with finance dept
• Support Key Project management, (agent/vendor management, incentive payment, data validation, etc)
• Develop annual business plan along with department frameworks, such as sell out management, promotor management, merchandiser management, store management, promotion management, market intelligence, and system management
• Design and implement SOP in line between the clauses and actual conditions

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Management or equivalent and or minimum same job related experience
• Experience 3 years in the same position
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
• Ability to assist mandarin reporting to C-level
• Appropriate skills and experience in an organizational planning environment
• Communicative and coordinative (actively reporting and share information)
• Friendly with number, analytical thinking and draw logical conclusions
• Excellent skill in Microsoft Office, able to operate Power BI is a plus
