Project Management Officer (PMO) Junior Analyst

Job Description Summary:

PMO Analyst responsible in supporting the successful delivery of projects within Upstream. He/she provides essential governance, reporting, and administrative support to project managers and teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively while adhering to established standards and methodologies.

Job Description:

•  Project Monitoring & Control: Tract project progress, milestones, and deliverables against project plans including identify potential issues, deviations, and risk, and escalate as necessary

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular and ad-hoc project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, financial summaries, and other relevant documentation for stakeholders and management. Maintain organized project documentation repositories

• PMO Process Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of PMO policies, procedures, templates and best practices.

• Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project performance

• Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying, documenting, tracking, and managing project risks and issues. Follow up on mitigation and resolution actions

• Quality Assurance: Support quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data, track KPIs, and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
